Transcender is so confident in the quality of our exam preparation products that we offer an industry-best, pass-the-first-time guarantee on our TranscenderCert products. We don't give you 60 days to prepare for that career-accelerating exam - we give you 90 days.
Transcender Guarantee
If the registered user of a Transcender single-user license TranscenderCert product or TransTrainer product fails the corresponding exam within 90 days after the system key issue date and contacts StudyExam4Less to claim this guarantee, then the TranscenderCert product can be returned for a full refund for the amount you paid to StudyExam4Less. Exam failures that occur before the system key issue date do not qualify for purposes of this guarantee.
The following two requirements must be met to claim money back guarantee. Please fax it to +1 770-783-5836:
Failing exam score report.
Present an 85% score report from Transcender ‘preset’ mode for the same exam purchased directly from us.
Claiming the Transcender Guarantee
When claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from StudyExam4Less. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns of this type must be postmarked no later than 30 days after your failing score report date. The money-back guarantee does not apply to Workstation license, LAN license or e-Learning. All refunds pursuant to the Pass-the-First-Time Guarantee will be prorated to reflect any Pak, Suite, or discounted pricing.
If the user received promotional products with a purchase of a Transcender license and claims the guarantee, promotional offers are forfeited. Any products retained by the customer revert to the individual single-user license price. Transcender will credit the remaining amount due based on the individual license prices.
To claim the Guarantee, you may fax/mail to us the followings:
- Your failing score report
- Screen shot from Transcender product that you were achieve 85% or higher on study using Transcender product purchased directly from us.
